SmartCity Announces Resignation of SmartCity Malta Country Director

Malta, November 23, 2011

SmartCity announced today that Paolo Serra has resigned as Country Director of SmartCity Malta effective November 28, 2011 for personal reasons.

 “On behalf of the board, we thank Paolo for his continuous commitment and efforts in promoting the best interest of the Company” said the CEO of SmartCity Malta, Fareed Abdulrahman.

Paolo said, “Although my journey within SmartCity Malta was concise, it has been a privilege to have the opportunity to work on a project with a great vision.  Throughout my tenure in SmartCity Malta, I’ve consistently been inspired by the quality and dedication of the people. I sincerely wish TECOM and the Government the best of luck with its continued implementation.”
